Live Meeting will not start under OCS R2 (Error: application is disabled or not installed) RRS feed

    I have installed R2 and am able to IM/Video conference w/out issue.  I enabled Live Meeting under the meeting default policy and the option is now available on all my test IM clients.  When I attempt to start a Live Meeting I receive the error

     Application Sharing could not be started because the application is disabled or not installed.
     Application Sharing has ended. Click to Start (Alt+G) the application again.

    I verified my configuration against my previous test OCS 2007 install and everything appears to match up.

    It appears we can only do 1:1 sessions.  When I attempt to create a conference call it too fails.
