CRM 2011 to 2013 Outlook Client Rollup Requirements? RRS feed

  • Is there a minimum rollup that our Outlook clients have to be on to upgrade to 2013? Thanks in advance.

  • I don't see anything specific to a rollup requirement for the Outlook Client side of the upgrade in the CRM 2013 IG.  But it does recommend that you have all the security updates for Microsoft Office in place before starting the upgrade of the Outlook Client.
