MSDN subscription keys (bought through VL agreement) deactivated RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi, the organisation I represent has purchased a number of separate MSDN subscriptions through our VL agreement. Very recently, a number of Windows 7 Ultimate installations have failed Genuine Advantage and the keys deactivated.

I can categorically say that none of the MSDN keys have been distributed to third parties who are not meant to have access to the keys.

We have however used the MSDN keys to activate development/test machines in various remote locations throughout the UK - could this be the reason for the blacklist?

Is there any way to get these keys reinstated because this issue is causing us massive issues.

    Many thanks

You need to speak to your MSDN Concierge - they will be able to access the records, and may be able to reverse the blockage if they can.
