How to identify anonymous Live Meeting users in CDR ? RRS feed

  • Question

  •

    Hello,

We deployed an edge server and now allow some internal people to invite external users using the anonymous Live Meeting mechanism. Everything works fine, but when looking at CDR tables, anonymous users activity is recorded attached to user names like "<some obsure GUID hash>@anonymou.invalid", which is totally unusable for audit purposes or collaboration activity measurement. Is there a way to get the "real" name of the anonymous users, like for instance the the e-mail address that was used to invite them ?  This would be a lot more useful ...

  • You won't be able to find this information because the meeting request or sip uri can be forwarded to anyone

If you have the correct sip uri then you can join the meeting you can't be sure that the correct anonymous persons are joining

You might use DRM to protect you meeting request?
