Getting tired of the Windows Activation Technologies blurb popping up; can this be sorted out?

Question
-
Bought this copy of Windows 7 Professional from MicroCenter back in April 2010 or so; still have the disc, the fancy little sticker from the box with the CD key which got stuck on my computer case, the receipt (a reprint, if nothing else), etc. However, sometime around either Summer 2010 or Summer 2011 (I forget which), Windows started popping up with the typical "This computer is not running genuine Windows" spiel. Seeing as the computer's run okay despite that popping up at inopportune moments (say, shifting focus from a game of Team Fortress 2 I'm in, letting the enemy kill me while I'm trying to regain focus), I didn't really do much about it for a year or two, but at this point I'd really like the messages to stop coming up.
Here's MGADiag's output:

Please uninstall the WAT update, KB971033, from the list of INstalled Updates, then download and install a fresh copy from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971033 (you'll need the 64-bit x64 version)
then post a new MGADiag report.

Tried Carey's site. Said it was non-Genuine, which I wasn't too surprised at.
Then tried Noel's suggestion. Took a bit of doing (it wound up hanging on the "Preparing Windows for Updates" while shutting down after uninstalling the specified update, forcing me to manually reboot it and try that again), but it was eventually uninstalled and the 64-bit version from the link specified installed in its place. Went back to Carey's site. Now it says I'm Genuine again.
So, thanks, you two!
For thoroughness's sake (and because Noel asked), here's MGADiag report #2:
