Windows 7 Genuine Problem

Question
-
I purchased a Packard Bell Pc from PC World nearly four months ago, but now receiving a message from time to time saying "This issue of Windows is not genuine". It is now preventing me downloading security updates from Microsoft. I can`t believe PC World would be selling counterfeit Microsoft software so have no idea why this is happening. I have attached the diagnostic report.

For some reason your computer's Software Protection Service is not running - please try the following...
Click on the Start button
In the Search box, type
SERVICES.MSC
and hit the Enter key
Accept the UAC prompt, if you get one, and the Services Console will appear.
Look down the list for the Software Protection Service
right-click on it, and select Properties
In the Startup type section, it should say 'Automatic(delayed start)' - If not, then set it that way, and click Apply
Select the Start button to attempt to start the service - what happens?
If the service fails to start, what is the EXACT error message?
If it's failed to start, please try the following also (it may provide a more informative error message)....
1) Click Start button.
2) Type: CMD.exe into the 'Search programs and files' field
3) Right-Click on the found file CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator - accept the UAC prompt if you get one
4) Type: net start sppsvc (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
What error do you get?Reboot - allow a few minutes for the system to settle down, and run a new MGADiag report, and post the result here.

OK - this is not a good result :(Have you been using any of the 'Registry Cleaners/Optimizers/ Stuff-up makers"? If so, then that is almost certainly the source of your problem. You need to UNDO any changes they made, and then see how the system operates afterwards. If you can't do that, then try using System Restore to get back to a time when the system worked properly.once completed, run another MGADiag report, and post the result.
