rebate request needs to be resolved RRS feed

  • I am unable to get an answer to my rebate request.

    I can never get through on the phone lines, it says all the reps are busy, call back, and then I am disconnected.

    the letter says I did not submit the proof of purchase, and I did , I have photo copies of what I submitted. and the POP, was included.

    This is really ridiculous.

    It may only be $10 , but I can't get in touch with you people to get this resolved.

    In going through open threads I discovered your post - and it appears that you have not received a reply. If this is the case, please accept my apologies.


    Microsoft provides the service to check rebate eligibility, but we do not administer the rebate program itself - that is handled by the suppliers. However, if this problem is still outstanding, please let me know and I will do my best to assist you in getting a resolution to this issue.
