can't add a site on webmaster tools

Question

Hi
Our main site was blocked on live search. Since I saw no reason, I put a support request, and now I can see the site if i use site:acutron.net on search, in spite it is not indexed yet. msnbot was not crawling the site, now it is, i confirmed.
put 7 sites on webmaster tools by xml verification method, but with the main site, no way. best thing i achieved was to list the site, but it says it cannot verify xml. xml is there and accessible via http. when i tried to delete the site and repeat the process, now i can't add it, says "The site address isn't valid." and http verification returns ok.
URL: http://acutron.net
HTTP status Code: 200 OK
HTTP Conditional Get not enabled for the date selected
HTTP Compression not enabled
HTTP Headers:Keep-Alive: timeout=5, max=100What to do next? anybody has a clue?
Connection: Keep-Alive
Transfer-Encoding: chunked
Content-Type: text/html
Date: Fri, 12 Sep 2008 17:18:07 GMT
Server: Apache
X-Powered-By: PHP/5.2.6
cheers

This is what I received when I went to your site:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ECHO, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/acutron/public_html/index.php on line 29

thank you for the information, which was used to correct the problem. In fact, I tried among other things in order to get the site right to msnbot/validation/whatsoever, i'm not sure anymore, to insert a metafile entry. Nothing works, and the hurry and the need that i have to do some useful work because i don't live out of sites, i just use those to stay in touch has lead me into a small but killing php error.
Well, let's face it, it's corrected now on our side, ad nothing works...I wish i was back in 1996, we are heading that way again, wot is killing creeping sites, everybody is turning to their neighborhood, as an example we had a block with hotmail, once again like in this case we are clean and we solved the problem easily, with support offering us trash #33 info, as we used to receive when we had a juicy dev contract with microsoft. that's the reason we had to migrate to other more appealing landscapes, for free they offer us more support, and we reciprocate...that's life.
and fyi i don't have the faintest idea why we were badly blocked. we had 4 domains directing with server-side script to the same site, in diff languages. Now we widthdrawed to 301 all to the same site as we explained in the support ticket. We don't have to explain further, it's an honest pro-audio development company existing since '83 and on the net since '97...hosting stuff for free like errantes.org. I'm puzzled.
p.s. each time an edit is necessary in a hurry to a site i am possibly damaging the company's website, and i have to keep that in mind. is it worthwile to have such a fuss just because some more traffic on a site that does not live out of the internet air but of honest ground work? what is the importance of live search? 5%? no way, we appreciate it but...it's what happens in our country when msnbot started to treat one of our 8 sites (the stray dog one, thanks!) in a fair way. I hate to say it, we are doing an academic exercize, but still, i want to do it!
More and more we are resorting to mouth-to-mouth (email-to-email) promotion, over people knowing eachother, no spam, and it's working, more and more direct traffic, 80% in some cases!
If anybody is from SF, will be there by the beginning of next month, cheers, guess where, at the Moscone, with the AES, i'm glued to those guys...Friday, September 12, 2008 10:04 PM -

all of a sudden, everything is workin' now
and all of a sudden, everything stopped working, maybe tomorrow is working...there were these 3 engineers in a car...
one an electrical, one a mechanical and one a software...
the car refused to go, then, mechanical says, we must check the injection pump (carburetor for the oldest...eheheh), electrical says nop, spark plugs must be checked and then software guy say, rubbish, we must exit and install ourselves inside again, enjoy, and this seems again to be the case., i'm exitin' cause i'm an electronic one but i've lost my way...
cheers

My site is http://crickettamasha.googlepages.com
All my 60 URLs are based on the above site. To give a few URLs:
http://crickettamasha.googlepages.com/dhoni
http://crickettamasha.googlepages.com/lalitmodi
http://crickettamasha.googlepages.com/offspin
I need to upload the verification file to the root directory that is http://crickettamasha.googlepages.com
Since this is not an URL, the error 404 is coming.
I will be really grateful if somebody can help me. My site is already verified/authenticated by yahoo.

good morning
so i came back to start again, after trying both the xml and the metatag method (more adapted to situations where you can't ftp), with no result. So I erased the site from the list and i keep getting the "The site address isn't valid." when i try to add it. I won't retry again unless i'm directed to do it...All other sites continue fine...
noticed that acutron.net has conditional get off and didn't generated an ETag value, with a php index, reverted to html, result is the same ("The site address isn't valid."). Other sites some say conditional get enabled some no, but all work fine
acutron.net now reads:
URL: http://www.acutron.net
HTTP status Code: 200 OK
HTTP Conditional Get not enabled for the date selected
URL generates an ETag value:"ed0131-11fa-456c4be1d1b80"
HTTP Compression not enabled
HTTP Headers:Keep-Alive: timeout=5, max=100
Connection: Keep-Alive
Accept-Ranges: bytes
Content-Length: 4602
Content-Type: text/html
Date: Sat, 13 Sep 2008 10:58:40 GMT
ETag: "ed0131-11fa-456c4be1d1b80"
Last-Modified: Sat, 13 Sep 2008 10:48:30 GMT
Server: Apache
additional question, when you have an url redirecting to another (301)should you add the redirecting url to the list as well?
Please advise
Best regards
