pls I reset my access code on trying to log on to MCP site but yet no reply to email on new access code.

If you used the following link to reset your Access Code https://mcp.microsoft.com/Authenticate/ResetAccessCode/ResetAccessCode.aspx, please ensure that the First Name, Last Name and Email entered match EXACTLY with the details listed against your MC ID. If the details don;t match, you will not receive the rest email and will need to contact your local Microsoft Regional Service Centre http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx
