I subscribed to Window Live One Care but the software keeps asking me to subscribe. I am unable to get an answer from support about this. I have a copy of my credit card bill for $53.45 I paid for the subscription on July 7th of 2009. Because of this I am unable to update the software or to do anything. Is there a way to speak to a human being at Microsoft?
