Hi,
We have CRM with UR12 onpremise. When an email is sent or received the 'Save', 'Save & Close', 'Save & New' buttons are disabled. And when forcefully trying to save there is an warning message that pops-up which says "The activity is closed.
After the record is saved, you cannot change the business required fields. Do you want to continue?"
We have disabled all the custom code(javascript) used in here, but still the issue continues. Can anyone help us out please?
