    Hello Everybody,

    I really need to learn MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Development (plugins, custom workflow and batch files). Could you or someone you know help me on that? I'm would like to have 1 hour remote session per week. If this is not the apropriate place to post this question, where should I look for help?

    Hi Elvis,

    Go through with the SDK provided by the Microsoft. It has very good explanation about the topics and sample code as well.

    You can download SDK from  http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=24004

    MS Dynamics CRM is a grt technology to learn. To start off, create a free online trial instance of MS CRM http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/dynamics/crm-free-trial-overview.aspx

     Go through the instance. Download pdfs (e book )

    1. Step by step Microsoft dynamics CRM 2011.

    Go though the book. You will learn basics in 15 days.

    You can download Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 by Mike Snyder, Jim Steger and Kristie Reid. 

    I would suggest to start off with Step by step.
