When I purchase Live One care I did it on line, right before my renewal I purchased it at the store and entered it. However the system sent me two note I believe they did it with my credi tcard as well? Why would that be donet??
The duplicate confirmation e-mails may just be a bug in the system. I get two confirmation e-mails every time I renew. You can verify how your renewal was billed by visiting billing - https://billing.microsoft.com/home.aspx sign in with the Live ID used for your One Care account, select your One Care service and at the bottom it should show the last method of payment.
