Dear Live Meeting Experts
I can successfully login to my On-Premise OCS server using MOC but when i try to use Live Meeting Client gets the following error message. It worked once but now not working even after manually updating the host table. The following "Join Error" message window pops up(sorry post dont allow screen shot)
"Live Meeting Cannot connect to the Meeting. Wait a few moments and then try to join the meeting again. If you cannot connect contact administrator or technical support"
Any thoughts or comments will be very helpful to make it work as its urgent..

I assume you have gone through the web conf deployment...

If you are running OCS standard edition then make sure the web conf part is enabled....

Hi Ray,
a couple of tips before running to the next step.
1. Run the BPA tool to see if there is anything wrong.
2. check you eventlog on your OCS server
3. enable logging in your MOC and diagnose it with snooper.exe
Let me know if it works for you, or send me the logs to see where the problem is.

Hi Joachim
Thanks for your reply. I will ask my admin to provide the event log on my OCS server but funny thing is that i can successfully test my connection to OCS server and MOC client also works.
When i initially downloaded my Live Meeting Client for the first time had the same error message. Then i manually updated the host table with OCS server IP and it worked.
I didn't changed anything else except my IE 7.0 re-installation so do you think that could have created this problem.
All your help is highly appreciated...
Thanks
Raj

Thanks Kinker. Iam new to OCS and dont have direct access to OCS server but can ask my admin to check on that.
But as per my other post it initially worked for me and now it doesnt work again even though nothing has been modified.
Any thoughts...

If it worked then the web conf part should be there..
Are you sure you have configured your Live Meeting client properly?
are you configuring your server or pool info manually or with auto config?

Also, have you run webcomponents validation tool, to see if you get any suggestive message?
