Inviting people to your session RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

So far, I have been using Crossloop to work in-life on a document with a person abroad. I have just discovered workspace and the sharedview. Inviting a person with workspace is still a very long process compared to crossloop. Microsoft should used crossloop procedure: to invite a person, just key in the person's email address and click on the person name from a list. An invitation window pops up (not send as an email) on the invitee's screen without him opening his/her email provider.

Should the invitee decide to join, he/she clicks a button on the pop-up window, which opens a new pop-up window on the meeting organizer's computer screen. Result: only one click to invite the person instead of 3 long burdensome steps.

Thanks for using SharedView and for the valuable feedback. I will enter your suggestion in our database to be considered for any future releases.
