Bad customer satisfaction RRS feed

  • I had participated in the custormer preview program in the site, and Microsoft offered me a dvd kit of Windows Vista.  I didn't get it after 2-3 months.  I send meail to Microsoft. Then they give a telephone number and asked me to call them.  I called on that telephone number and then, on the phone they give another phone number. Then I called on that number.  Then I got another one.  At last one made response.  They told that need some time to check it and collect my E-Mail address and phone number.  But till now no response from them.  Is this is a sign of a good company?  I don't think so...
