  • Question

  • Dear Team

one of our customer would like to implement SCCM 2012 SP1 compliance setting feature (DCM) in their environment.

Their main objective is to Maintain compliance across all PCs managed through SCCM which will allow them to identify the systems non adhering to compliance settings as configured in SCCM and to enforce remediation for non-compliance through SCCM.

    Query :-

Configuration of Compliance feature as per bank requirement

(I.E :- Maintaining compliance settings, allowing for both identification of non-compliant systems and automatic remediation as desired.)

Example :- If USB disable policy is set through SCCM and some user with knowledge of admin credentials enables the USB drive through registry then this should be reported through SCCM and any such attempt should be remediated (USB Disable) through SCCM (DCM ) as per policy.

Request you to kindly let us know is it possible in SCCM 2012 SP1 Compliance setting (DCM ) feature ?

If yes, please share the step by step approach to implement the same or share the article links which can be referred to implement the same.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks !
