Problem synchronizing to local desktop: 401 not authorized

Question
-
Hello,
a friend just sent me an invitation to share one of his folders. I accepted the invitation, and I can see the folders on the Live Desktop, but they are not synchronized to my PC. When I select the local sync folder (my desktop) I get a pop up message with this error:
Could not synchronize folder in Live Mesh.
Request to MOE failed with status code:
401 Not authorized to access the specified resource.
Notes:
1) I have installed the latest Live Mesh update
2) I can browse the files on the Live Desktop
3) In the live desktop, I am listed as having access to the folder
4) I have restarted Live Mesh with no success
5) I have selected a different folder with no success
6) I am running Windows Vista Business 32bits ed (English, Regional Settings Portuguese, Windows Location = US), and my user is a local administrator. I have UAC turned ON.
7) I have no errors in the event log
8) I have several other folders sync'd in my Mesh
9) This is happening with other invitations I've received in the last few days (even pre-PDC)
Any ideas?Monday, November 3, 2008 12:20 AM

This is an issue that we are actively investigating. To determine the cause of this problem, we need to ask you to provide us with your log files. To help track your issue, we ask that you send those logs to the following email address: lmprev@microsoft.com.
To create the log files for Live Mesh reporting:
1. Click "Start."
2. Select "All Programs" and look for the "Live Mesh" folder.
3. Click "Collect Live Mesh Logs."
4. Your logs will be bundled together in a cab file now located on your desktop. This file contains the information we need to resolve your concern.
Please note that even though the cab file contains all of the necessary information, our support tool will only accept the file in zip format. Please ensure you follow the rest of the steps to zip the file before sending.
5. Zip the cab file. There are many zipping utilities out there but the most common is Win Zip. If you have Win Zip, right -click on the file and click "Add to Zip." The file will be saved in your desktop, then click "Add."
6. Open a new e-mail message and attach your "LiveMeshLogs.zip" file located on your desktop
7. Send your zip file to lmprev@microsoft.com.
