New version? What's the version number?

Question

I've got 0.9.2815.2. What's the updated version called? Will there be something in my News that says which of my devices took the update?Tuesday, May 20, 2008 4:47 PM

The service deployment is for build 0.9.2815.12. You can verify the build number by going to your Live Desktop and clicking the right arrow down, and select About.

Hi All,
The Live Mesh notifier updates on a 24 hour cycle, so it could take a full day to update (though the older notifier version will work just fine with the newer Live Desktop). You can, however, manually update the notifier by right-clicking on it and selecting Update Live Mesh.
Thanks,

That's the same version my client is on this PC, which has been online all day long. I don't think that updates to the client are ever reported in News.

Ah, if Wikipedia says it, then ... :)Tuesday, May 20, 2008 7:33 PM -

That's what I get there. But if I click the Live Mesh icon in my system tray, and then click the down arrow by the Question Mark and select "Version...", then I see 0.9.2815.2. So I right-clicked on the icon and selected "Update" (which I'd done about 5 hours ago when I first saw your sticky note), and it now looks like I'm receiving some sort of update.
I'm assuming that it will happen automagically for those less impatient than me?
(... a couple of minutes later ...) Now my version from the icon shows as "0.9.2815.12". It was pretty painless.Tuesday, May 20, 2008 8:07 PM -

I just noticed update alert toast for Live Mesh in my tray, clicked it and am up to 0.9.2815.12 as well.

Returning to the discussion late... I was updated late on 5/20, too.
