Embed a vide in a wordpress blog RRS feed

    Hi all
    I'm using live writer to create posts for my blog (http://ictnuggets.wordpress.com) and mostly it's great BUT I've never been able to get it to embed videos.  Can anyone spell it out in simple steps for me?  Currently the vido I'm working on is:

    <embed src = "http://www.xtranormal.com/players/jwplayer.swf" width = "500" height = "350" allowscriptaccess = "always" allowfullscreen = "true" flashvars = "height=350&width=500&file=http://tmpvideo.xtranormal.com/highres/20090409/a42d667a-2511-11de-ba8f-001b210acd5f_10.flv&image=http://tmpvideo.xtranormal.com/highres/20090409/a42d667a-2511-11de-ba8f-001b210acd5f_10_0.jpg&searchbar=false&autostart=false"></embed>

    Any help would be gratefull received.

    It is works fine in Windows Live Writer 14.0.8064.206 (in my case).

    I'm assuming it doesn't work if you post it directly using the WordPress dashboard, right? WordPress.com strips most Flash players for security reasons. Some of the more popular services (YouTube, Soapbox, Vimeo, etc) are supported because they specifically allow their players.
