    This 'locale' problem has been on and off since at least early December 2012 and I remember 10 or so posts being closed off as 'solved'.

    The underlying problem does not appear to be solved. Perhaps the immediate symptom is but the cause never is.

    With the rest of the problems I do sympathise as it must be difficult to prioritise. Please do let us know if there is anything us bystanders can do to help as we are all in this together. Trying not sound like we are all just whining :)
