Hi Peter,I do not think you can do this using advanced find. I believe you will need to write a report to extract this information.Hassan.

That is not good.
I saw there view that says "Accounts: no orders in last 6 month" so I hoped it will be no problem to do the same thing for phone calls.
How can I write report that can do that. Do I need to use VS?
thanks- Edited by peter.kacerik Thursday, July 16, 2009 9:13 AM

The "Accounts: No Orders in Last 6 Months" is a system view and you cannot view the filter or change it.You'll need the SQL Server BI Studio. The SQL Server Business Intelligence Studio comes with the MS SQL Server license. In all probability it would already be installed on the server where you have SQL Server installed. The Buss. Intelligence development studio does look exactly like Visual studio but only with only BI (Business Intelligence) project types. It does not matter where you install the development studio as long as you can access to the SQL server. To install the Business Intelligence studio on your machine you will need to run the setup program again to reinstall the BusinessIntelligence studio. You can launch the setup program in the "Tools" folder in the MS SQL server setup CD media. You can read more about writting reports at:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb955081.aspxHope this helps.Hassan.

Hello Peter,
You can create a marketing list based upon all accounts that HAVE a phone number, and then create a marketing list of accounts that do not occur in the first marketing listThursday, July 16, 2009 10:08 AM
