    This is new windows 8 pc. and I was working with VWD2010. when I try to open IIS using run-> inetmgr it says could not find. How to install?

    Hi,

    For your question: can’t open IIS on Windows 8, I think that it is out of support range of VS General Question forum which mainly discusses WPF & SL designer, Visual Studio Guidance Automation Toolkit, Developer Documentation and Help System and Visual Studio Editor.

    I suggest you try to modify whatever is stopping you from using search engines like Bing and Google ;)

    I am not getting properlink to download or if I do I am not successful in installing. That is the reason I ask here hoping to get right link. anyway thank you.

    There is no download as far as I know - all you have to do is enable the feature. To have it running, you need to make sure the World Wide Web Publishing Service is running.
