Purchasing online with Guam Address RRS feed

    Hello... I am trying to renew my OneCare subscription online using a Guam Billing and Mailing Address.  OneCare won't let me renew because the only options are for US States.

     

    Can anyone help me figure this problem out.

    Hello bluguam, the only workaround I'm aware of would be to purchase a retail CD and use the product key to renew your subscription.

    Thanks JimR1 i that was my last resort.  I was just trying to do it front the convenience of "on-line" shopping.

    In support of Jim, you will have to purchase a cd if your World Market is not listed on the pay screen for Windows Live OneCare.

    Thanks.  But the only problem is that non of the retailers on Guam carry the cd, it has to be special ordered.

     

    Any other suggestions?  Can I call a number to purchase it and get the product key?
