where can i get help hard drive died got all my back ups and xp disk have reininstalled but cant get connected to internet using mobile g3 when i plug in usb it says i require service pack 1 cant find that downloaded service pack 3 from microsoft wont insyall because i dont have service pack 1 which dont seem to be availabile and cant transfere from second hard drive to main drive help
