Mini statistics on the right side

Question

Hi folks,
In V3 there is a small arrow above the mini stat box on the right side, an we are able to change the displayed stat very quickly. In V4 we have to wait to change automatically. Is there any way to check these stats out manually? Thanks.Sunday, March 29, 2009 10:25 AM

Yes, I too thought of it as a (small) step back.
The larger step forward here is that the numbers of posts (that we had in v2 but not in v3!) are back again.
But you're right I don't see why the small arrow has been removed. It took up no space and the move function obviously still works otherwise they wouldn't be able to move automatically.

Hi folks,
Yes, we need to have that back. Also it would be good to have a setting in My Settings to tun it off compeltely (or perhaps customize it).

Instead of the arrows, that would be better if we got a statistics page, where all important forum statistics can be viewed. It's very important for forum moderators, MVPs, because we can't access to the forum owner tools.Sunday, March 29, 2009 10:40 AM

We intend to add a preference to turn them on or off.
We will be adding the next/prev links back at some point.
If you want just that data, you can actually go to http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/user/leaderboards
In reality, in this release, just about everything is accessible via a standard html endpoint such as that.

Hey Rob, the link text is good, the link is bad.
How I can have two different scores (user vs MVP) is another one of life's mysteries. Scores look low. Answerers in the SQL forums appear to be missing.
I'll include a plug to get the ever popular top-100 list back.
