Clicking go online (in help window) or help button in main dialog opens C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows OneCare Live RRS feed

    Trying to help my father in law with his one care.

     

    He is getting an alert in Windows Live OneCare:

     

    Urgent

    Go to the Help Center

    OneCare has encountered a problem and might not be proctecting this PC.

     

    There is a help button, but clicking that brings up an explorer window pointed at the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows OneCare Live directory.

     

    If you click the Get Help with OneCare button on the left of the Windows Live OneCare dialog, when you get to the button to go online for help it also brings up this explorer window.

     

    Anyone got an idea how to resolve this help issue, so then we can start to resolve the "encountered problem" issue?
