    i want to reinstall xp home on the same computer how do i no that when i am finished the product key will work again i have a valied cd key that is alrady been activatid on this computer will the xp hme key still work or will it say that it has already been used pls help thanks ipb

    You should not have any problem using the same genuine Windows XP Product Key to reinstall the Windows XP operating system.  If you should have a problem activating Windows XP via the internet, then simply use the alternative activation method to "activate by phone".
