CRM 2011 Rollup 12 interface problems RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

I just applied rollup 12 to CRM 2011 and noticed all the fonts have changed.  I know this is due to cross browser compatibility.  However it has totally broken my interface!

When viewing anything which has a table/list view, e.g. Queues or Cases all the text from the different columns overlap the next column.  You can't expand or shrink the column width because all the headers are missing.  The refresh button is now to the left side rather than on the right of the header row.

The usual behaviour is that text will just get cut off if it is longer than the column width.  But you can expand the column to reveal all the text.

Has anyone come across this problem?

  • Hi Mike,

This is definitely not expected behaviour! What version of IE are you using?

Have you tried clearing your temporary internet files - also try accessing it from Chrome/Firefox or on a different PC.

  • Hi Scott,

I've tried IE9,10, Chrome and Firefox.  Don't think its a cache issue as I've tried on multiple PCs.

Really strange problem! I haven't seen anyone else report it.

  • It does sound like your installation is corrupt then - have you tried performing a repair/reinstall?
