    How to send Birthday Invitaion to the customers without workflow in MS CRM 4.0 ?

    hi Srikanth Reddy ,

      There is no other  Box functionality to send Birthday invitation apart from using Workflow

    or custom Development. 

    Let us know if you need to know how to go about doing via workflow .
