    Crime Prevention E-Conference
E-Democracy.org is looking for those who want to join in an e-conference to discuss software that can be developed, to enable people to work together with law enforcement to keep their communities safe. The organizer is trying to bring together a minimum of 200 participants. The participants will include software developers, law enforcement personel and people from community watch groups.

    Proposed Format
Online exchange that opens with a round of introductions when we reach 200 participants. Discuss four themes over two weeks online in early 2012. Based on volunteer interest, we could finish the e-conference with a real-time teleconference/webinar.
