Dear all...
When i used Microsoft CRM client for outlook, i faced two problems,
1-when i create activity and try to save it ,the outlook always required restart, and a msg appear like this
Microsoft office outlook, Microsoft office outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenience
Restart Microsoft office outlook
....etc
Send error msg , don't send
2- When i close the appointment from Microsoft CRM, go to the outlook and see this appointment but the time change (shifting 2 hours)
please any advice

Shifting 2 Hours means?
If it subtracts or add 2 hours from time then you need to correct the timezone using the user who installed CRM e.g. if you used domain\CRMADMIN to install CRM then log on to CRM web using this username. goto workplace and click "personalize workplace" just above your workplace tab and set timezone correctly.
If this is not your problem, then please clarify...?

No need to install rollup 1. Rollup 2 contains rollup1 features in it. Then try to correct the timezone by suggested solution...
