I have Windows live one care on my computer already. It's ready to expire. Just purchased new program. I am not renewing online. Do i have to unstall the one thats on the comp. before installing the new one?
Actually, if you are renewing OneCare and it is already installed on your PC, you should *not* reinstall OneCare. Sticky: How to Renew a Subscription to Windows Live OneCare
You already have the latest version of OneCare on the PC. If you reinstall and use the same LiveID to subscribe, it will inherit the subscription status and you will not be asked for your new retail key.
