files from other web sites?
You can also check if file download is set to enable in IE. You can do this by
1) Opening Internet Explorer, Click on Tools on the upper right hand side of the window
2) Choose Internet Options, and click on Security tab
3) Select the zone you are attempting to download in (most likely Internet), then click the 'Custom Level...' button
4) Scroll down to the 'Downloads' Node and make sure that:
a) 'Automatic Prompting for file downloads' is enabled
b) 'File download' is enabled
