I cant unblock my email

Hi

My mail account has been blocked. I tried to reset my password and Hotmail sent me an email to my other account with a code to enter to unblock my account. When I entered the code I got this massage.

Please help me to solve my problem

This is crap, I JUST re-set my password and now this damn thing wants me to "confirm" it via a "text message"? Not on thier lives, being a celebrity I have to protect my privacy, and giving out my private cell phone number to Microsoft is NOT safe as they can and will give it out to their "partners" who will recycle it all over the internet. I WANT INTO MY ACCOUNT RIGHT NOW!
