The number of snapshots is controlled in Reporting Services, and can be accessed via RS Report Manager. There's a System-wide setting (under Site Settings), but this can be overridden on an individual report (via History, under Properties of the report). To see the reports in Report Manager you'll probably need to use the 'Show Details' button

Probably not without database hacking. I don't know why you want to have more then 8 of them. If you need any historical information you can save it or send it to dedicated mailbox.

Step 1
Log onto the MS CRM Reporting Server and open the page http://localhost/reports
Step 2
Select the folder containing your reports (Usually XXXXXX_MSCRM) and then press the "Show Details" Link
Step 3
Click on the version of CRM you are running (I am assuming you are using 4.0) so click on 4.0
Step 4
Find the report you created from the list of reports, and click on the "edit" link.
Step 5
Select the "History" link from the left hand panel.
Step 6
Change the reports snapshot history from "default" to "Limit the copies of the report history:XX" and increase the number accordingly.Wednesday, January 13, 2010 5:08 PM -

My Dynamics CRM Blog: http://bovoweb.blogspot.comHi,
Could you please show me how to hack database to increase number "8"? I've not only want to save history data but also the image of report (html, layout, ...) at the time snapshot is created.
Thanks in advance.
Son.
