CRM Automatic Email RRS feed

  • In CRM (4.0 and/or 2011) is it possible to set up an email that get automatically sent out on a schedule, such as weekdays at a set time.

    This is the same email each time, with the same 4 questions.  Once the emails are replied to the answers can get logged in CRM and tracked.

    Is this something that can be setup in CRM?

    To convert the email reply into answers logged to CRM you would need to have a plugin/workflow trigger when a new "incoming" email is created and it can try to parse the email body to log the answers somewhere.
