    I have tried all the methods that was supposed to remove the virus but non did including malware scans. I read that the only people that can remove this threat are the Microsoft techs.

    Norton Security Suite has encountered an error.
    Error:5013.3

    Product Service Dependency - Basr Filtering Engine    Failed

    Hi

    Try running a scan with windows defender and let it remove it.

    You can try stinger from mcafee and see if that removes it as well.

    eset also works very well.
