How do I open CRM directly to a particular dashboard?Monday, May 23, 2011 4:06 PM

Hello -
You can specify a default dashboard by going Settings --> Customizations --> Customize My System --> Dashboards on left nav --> Select the dashboard --> Click "set as default."
If you are trying to achieve a different scenario then feel free to add more details.

If your homepage is not the dashboards page, then after you set your default dashboard as Brandon suggests, you must change the personal preferences (File --> Options) and set your default pane and tab to dashboards.

Hi,
Make sure that your CRM home page is set to Dashboard (File->Options->Default Pane = Workplace & Default Tab = Dashboards”), in Dashboard screen choose any dashboard from the list and in ribbon under “Dashboard Management” group click on button “Set as Default”.
