CRM for Outlook 2013 Plugin ribbon button missing RRS feed

    Not sure if this is in the right forum as it's more an excel issue than anything else but I couldn't find the correct option for that.

    I have installed the CRM for outlook addin and it shows up in the addin list under "active", the outlook section is working fine, linking records to emails with no issues. In Excel, however, the addin is still listed as active, but the "Refresh from CRM" button is missing, when I go into the ribbon customization menu, the logo is greyed out and it says "<<No Label>>" next to it. It cannot be added to the ribbon.

    I have done a lot of difference web searches, and found lots of solutions which depend on the addin not being enabled, but this does not apply to my situation. 

    I do not have access to the PC in question for a number of days so I will be able to perform no troubleshooting whatsoever, but if anyone has any ideas I will try them out ASAP.
