    I purchased Windows Live One Care on the web.  My bank has cleared the charge but I don't know where the anti-virus is or how to install it.

    Go to http://onecare.live.com and install the trial. Open OneCare, click on Subscribe, and sign in with the LiveID you used during the purchase.
