CRM 2011: Migrating from Salesforce to CRM RRS feed

  • We have migrated Salesforce data to CRM. Looks like it imported everything as Open or new for Lead/Opportunities. Is it possible to change the status to what it is in salesforce without doing it manually? How does this work? Any suggestions would be great, Thanks!

  • The only way would be to import the status of the lead/opportunities to a custom field.

    Then create a workflow that listens to that custom field, that deactivates the records.

  • That is of cause if you use default import engine in CRM. 

    If you use a third party program, you can do it outside CRM workflows.
