Campaign Response converted into a lead. How can I map additional fields?

  Hi,

  When creating a Lead from a Campaign Response, the Lead picks up the company name, phone number and email address automatically. But in the campaign response I created a few custom fields for the address as well (Street and City), and as I have the same fields in the Lead as well, I would like to map them so that when creating the lead they are populated automatically from the info contained in the campaign responses. But I do not see a way of doing it. I thought there was a relationship between the two entities, Lead and Response, and that I could add a few mappings there, but in the entities there is no relationship visible.
