MCT Enrollment Tool problem RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi!

When I try to run the MCT enrollment tool from MCP-site I get:

    MCT Enrollment Tool
    Published: April 1, 2007

The MCT Enrollment Tool is available only to individuals with the following certifications:

..and a long list of certifications and the following text at the end:

MCT Program Requirements can be found at: www.microsoft.com/mct

The list does not show my certification: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2006, Configuration.

But at the MCT Program Requirements site it lists my certiciation as acceptable.

Any one got a clue to why I can't start the MCT-enrollment tool?

    /Peter

  • hi Peter

that might be because your MCTS is not Mapped to your profile. can you see your MCTS in your trascript ? if yes,

Note Some regions require that you contact your local Microsoft Regional Service Center to start the online application process. If you are a resident of any of these regions, the MCT Enrollment Tool will explain how to continue.

    Hope that helps

  • Hi Haitham,

The MCTS is in my transcript.

I contacted the local Microsoft Regional Service Center last week (on tuesday) and they say they have forwarded the issue to their technical department and that they will contact me when they get any feedback.
