Your XP Pro License appears to be based on  a Volume license Key - but the key is one that MS doesn't have in its database of issued keys, and it has therefore been generated by a hacker's KeyGen program.
You have a counterfeit copy of Windows on your machine
You also have a Blocked Volume License Key for Office Pro 2003 - and it's one that used to belong to MS itself for its own internal use, before it was leaked to the internet and then blocked.

Such things can happen if you le friends reinstall your machine for you, or if you use less reputable companies for servicing.
For what version of Windows is the machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on it?
