Prometric is corrupt RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • I recently registered and wrote an exam with prometric.  The multiple choice question was so wrong.  Abbreviations, was spelled wrong, for eg, CPU was spelled GPU.  Here in South Africa, no one can help me track them down, as i have wasted R9000.00.  Is there someone who knows how to get hold of them.  I got an email address from Damelin, but no reply from that address.  Damelin, who is the so-called supplier of study material, also does not know anything. Is this world put together by idiots, it sure looks like it.  I was in other words robbed, because who received the money?  Damelin cant help and are not prepared to do anything about it.

  • Prometric do not create the exams, the just administer them and provide the facilities.  Who's exam did you take? Was it a Microsoft Certification? If so, which exam did you take?  If not, complain to the people who set the exam.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience.

GPU stands for Graphics Processing Unit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphics_processing_unit
