Could somebody fill me in on possibilities for the following scenario?
- Outside customer calls main company telephone number over PSTN.
- Incoming call is routed to any number of receptionists simultaneously.
- The first receptionist to answer the call transfers it to the appropriate party.
The main issue is that our company does not have a designated reception extension - any ideas on how to deal with this in OCS aside from an auto-attendant? Based on what I am reading, the only available option is to route all incoming calls to a single extension.
Setup: 8 analog PSTN lines, AudioCodes MP-118 FXO, 1 Mediation Server, 1 Front End Server
