Remove the requirement of adding a reason for each post edit RRS feed

    I don't believe that this should be necessary. Please remove this requirement.

    It appears that we had a bug in the previous design which was never reported since it looks like the desired behavior is to not need a reason for the edits. The redesign fixed this bug since it was not a new functionality introduced. I will create a task to change this. Thanks!

    Agreed. Shouldn't need to give a reason for an edit
