facing problems in uploading white paper

Twice i have uploaded the whitepaper titled voip ( 1st 2 weeks back and again today(22nd oct.)) but am unable to perhaps as it is not displayed in the "view whitepaper section"(after searching by the title)
Do i need to follow some other procedure for that rather than just clicking on the "upload whitepaper" button ?
please help (as this has already made me to slide down further by 6 ranks)
