Unable to add a network printer from a Windows 7 PC on a Server 2003 Network RRS feed

    Hi.  I have a Windows server 2003 network.  I have installed a Windows 7 PC onto the network.  When I try to add any of the network printers I get the error "The file 'INF on (Unknown) is needed, type the path where the file is".  I also get the error "operation failed with error 0x00004005"

    Hi.  I have a Windows server 2003 network.  I have installed a Windows 7 PC onto the network.  When I try to add any of the network printers I get the error "The file 'INF on (Unknown) is needed, type the path where the file is".  I also get the error "operation failed with error 0x00004005"
    I have a similar issue to this x64 windows clients and a windows 2003 print server , In addition i see error 0x80070705 in the event log when the printer attempts to map .  Any pointers please ? The printer drivers have been obtained from the suppliers website (infoprint/Ricoh) but windows seems to have issues with them.
